Medicube — PDRN Pink Glutathione Serum Mist

This serum mist features the active ingredient PDRN under its INCI name (Sodium DNA). PDRN (PolyDeoxyRiboNucleotide) is a polynucleotide derived from salmon milt, used in medicine for injections (mesotherapy, wound healing). In topical cosmetic application, its documented role is less clear-cut than its medical effect: the transdermal penetration of polynucleotides is debated in the literature. The brand positions this active ingredient for its regenerative and collagen-stimulating properties—relevant claims for the anti-aging positioning of the range. At 100 ppm, the concentration is modest. Glutathione at 50 ppm is very low for an active ingredient theoretically intended for depigmentation, but consistent within a multi-purpose mist serum.
