This Return Policy describes the conditions under which you can return a product purchased on paradermia.com and receive a refund, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-21 of the Consumer Code, you can exercise your right of withdrawal free of charge directly online:
- Use our online withdrawal form (also accessible from the footer of each page of the site): your request is registered immediately, with on-screen confirmation.
- You can also write to us at contact@paradermia.com specifying your order number and the products concerned.
A confirmation of your withdrawal request will be sent to you by e-mail.
Conditions for returned products
To be eligible for a refund, returned products must imperatively be:
- Unopened and in their original intact packaging (cellophane, blister, unsealed seal).
- In the same condition as when they were shipped to you.
- Accompanied by all accessories, instructions, samples and gifts possibly provided.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (including opened cosmetics and food supplements).
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.
Return shipping costs
The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the event of a defective product, a product not conforming to the order or an error on our part. In these cases, the costs are fully covered by Paradermia.
We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking to ensure the traceability of your return. Paradermia cannot be held responsible for the loss or deterioration of the package during transport.

Please include a copy of the invoice or a note specifying your order number in the package.
Refund
In accordance with Article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code, we will refund all sums paid (including initial delivery costs, unless you chose a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery) within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
However, we may defer the refund until the goods have been recovered or until you have provided proof of shipment of these goods, the date chosen being the earlier of these facts.
The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the initial order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional costs will be charged to you.
Defective or non-compliant products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or not compliant with your order, contact us immediately at contact@paradermia.com attaching photos of the product and packaging. We will proceed with the replacement or full refund of the product, with return shipping costs at our expense.
