Cette architecture multi-actifs couvre l'ensemble de la chaîne de mélanogenèse et offre une action dépigmentante plus intensive que le TN. Sans parfum, sans acide exfoliant.
Indiqué pour les hyperpigmentations résistantes ou les peaux qui ont atteint un plateau avec le TN (5 %) après 8 à 12 semaines. Protection solaire SPF 50+ indispensable.

TXA 10 % — extrapolation au-dessus des études cliniques
À 10 %, l'acide tranexamique double la concentration des études cliniques publiées (généralement 2-5 % pour le mélasma). L'inhibition de l'activation plasminique entre mélanocytes et kératinocytes est biologiquement renforcée, avec une efficacité incrémentale attendue mais à évaluer selon la tolérance individuelle. La tolérance est généralement bonne, le TXA n'étant pas un agent irritant intrinsèque.
Glutathion + EGCG — antioxydants complémentaires
Le glutathion inhibe la mélanogenèse oxydative (cible plutôt la phéomélanine) et contribue à l'uniformisation du teint. L'EGCG (Epigallocatechin Gallate) est le polyphénol principal du thé vert, antioxydant puissant documenté pour son action photo-protectrice et anti-tyrosinase. Ces deux actifs complètent l'action du TXA par des voies distinctes et amplifient le profil dépigmentant global.
Madécassoside + Centella + Tropolone
Le madécassoside soutient la réparation de la barrière cutanée fragilisée par les hyperpigmentations réactionnelles. La Centella Asiatica complète cette action apaisante. La tropolone est un inhibiteur naturel de la tyrosinase — enzyme clé de la mélanogenèse — apportant une troisième voie d'action dépigmentante en complément du TXA et de la niacinamide.

10% tranexamic acid inhibits plasmin activation in the melanocyte-keratinocyte extracellular space, blocking the release of pro-melanogenic mediators. Tropolone directly inhibits tyrosinase. Niacinamide blocks melanosome transfer. A triple mechanism converges on the pigment pathway.
