Le Cryo Rubber Moisture Mask Dr.Jart+ est un masque hydratant en deux étapes : une ampoule sérum à l'acide hyaluronique (sodium hyaluronate), à la niacinamide et au tréhalose, puis un masque caoutchouc à base de Chondrus crispus qui scelle les actifs sous une couche occlusive rafraîchissante.

Dès la pose, la peau est repulpée et le confort restauré ; l'occlusivité maintient les actifs en contact prolongé et limite la perte en eau pour une hydratation intense en 30 à 40 minutes. Sans parfum, testé sous contrôle dermatologique, il convient aux peaux sensibles, à raison de 2 à 3 fois par semaine.

Occlusivité caoutchouc : mécanisme documenté

La structure Algin + Kaolin + Terre de diatomées du masque forme une couche imperméable qui réduit la TEWL et maintient les actifs de l'ampoule en contact prolongé avec l'épiderme. 18 extraits végétaux et algaux dans l'ampoule (Undaria, Corallina, artichaut, jojoba, beurre de mangue, etc.). Diversité intéressante mais positionnés en fin d'INCI — concentrations probablement faibles. Valeur surtout formulaire, à ne pas surestimer dans la communication actif.

The Cryo Rubber Moisture Mask is based on a solid formulation principle: applying humectant active ingredients in an ampoule, then sealing them under an occlusive alginate rubber layer to limit water loss and optimize penetration. This occlusive mechanism is documented in dermatology—an impermeable film reduces TEWL (transepidermal water loss) and maintains active ingredients in prolonged contact with the epidermis. This is what distinguishes this format from classic sheet masks. The Sodium Hyaluronate in the ampoule is a benchmark humectant, well-tolerated, and active at low concentrations. Niacinamide is a coherent addition—at standard cosmetic concentrations, it supports barrier function and can contribute to skin tone uniformity. Trehalose is an interesting protective osmolyte. The plant complex (Undaria pinnatifida, Corallina officinalis, artichoke, banana, jojoba, mango butter) offers generous diversity, but the concentrations are not communicated by the manufacturer—these extracts appear at the end of the INCI list, likely in low doses. The Step 02 mask uses Chondrus crispus (sea moss/carrageenan), Algin, and Kaolin to build the elastomeric structure. Allantoin and Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate add relevant soothing action. Laminaria japonica and Panthenol complete the moisturizing profile. No fragrance declared in the physical INCI—favorable allergenic profile, suitable for sensitive skin. Inventory vigilance: the manufacturer recently launched a reformulation of this mask—a "+ Peptide" version with Argireline (Acetyl Hexapeptide-8)—whose INCI differs (peptide and fragrance added to the mask) and the reference changes. Progression1. Apply the serum from the ampoule evenly to your face. 2. Open the mask, remove the protective film, and apply to your face starting from the bottom. 3. Leave on for 30 to 40 minutes. 4. Remove the mask and gently pat in any excess serum. Frequency: 2 to 3 times per week. Tip: Place the ampoule and mask in the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before use to enhance the refreshing effect.
