Laboratoires de Biarritz Baby Cleansing Water features one of the shortest and cleanest formulas in its segment: only 9 ingredients, COSMOS ORGANIC certified, vegan, no added fragrance, no controversial synthetic preservatives. The formula is based on a micellar base (Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate, a plant-derived emulsifier) which gently cleanses impurities without damaging the infant's immature skin barrier. Alga-Paisium (organic FUCUS VESICULOSUS EXTRACT) is the exclusive soothing active ingredient used throughout the Alga Natis baby range. Organic aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis leaf juice powder) contributes to surface hydration and comfort. Organic glycerine acts as a humectant. Propanediol (from plant fermentation) ensures penetration and preservation. Sodium Levulinate and Sodium Anisate are natural plant-derived preservatives. Manufacturer's usage test (n=21, 34-70 years old, reactive skin, 21 days, under dermatological and ophthalmological control): 100% of testers found the cleansing gentle and the product non-irritating to the eyes, 90% observed soothed skin.
