Atopic-prone skin exhibits a compromised skin barrier due to a deficiency in ceramides, essential fatty acids, and sometimes an imbalance in the skin microbiome (reduction of protective *Staphylococcus epidermidis*, increase of opportunistic *S. aureus*). An effective lipid-replenishing cream must therefore act on several fronts: lipid supply, barrier reinforcement, and microbial balance. The Stelatopia+ formula addresses this with two complementary patented active ingredients. Organic Sunflower Oil Distillate (HELIANTHUS ANNUUS SEED OIL UNSAPONIFIABLES*) concentrates the unsaponifiables of sunflower oil: phytosterols (beta-sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol) that help restore the cohesion of the intercellular lipid film. Bioecolia® (ALPHA-GLUCAN OLIGOSACCHARIDE) is a starch-derived prebiotic — it selectively nourishes beneficial commensal bacteria on the skin surface, thus helping to rebalance the microbiome, a recognized recurrence factor. The emollient base is robust: organic sunflower oil in 2nd INCI position (high concentration), organic shea butter, organic avocado oil, C10-18 triglycerides. Sucrose stearate is a naturally derived emulsifier (sugar + stearic acid). No sulfates, no fragrance, no dyes. Exemplary INCI for the most sensitive skin. Point of vigilance: presence of SODIUM BENZOATE (preservative). Well-tolerated at standard cosmetic concentrations. BENTONITE (clay) contributes to the texture and provides a slight mechanical softening effect. Apply immediately after bathing (while skin is still slightly damp) to maximize moisture retention.
