NINELESS B-Boost is the most sophisticated multi-active depigmenting formula in the ParaDermia selection. The 1% kojic acid is at the maximum limit allowed by EU Regulation 2024/996 for products applied to the face and hands — it is the most effective concentration legally permissible for cosmetic use in the EU. Its mechanism is the chelation of copper in the active site of tyrosinase, which blocks the first step of melanogenesis. This mechanism is distinct from that of TXA (plasmin inhibition, 2%), niacinamide (melanosome transfer blockage, 10%), Ascorbyl Glucoside (tyrosinase inhibition through a different pathway, stable form of vitamin C) and glutathione (oxidative melanogenesis inhibition). Five depigmenting active ingredients with complementary mechanisms — an exceptional formula architecture. The six peptides (Hexapeptide-9, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Nonapeptide-1) cover collagen signaling pathways and dynamic expression — consistent for skin with pigment spots and concomitant loss of firmness. Hippophae rhamnoides (sea buckthorn) is one of the plants with the highest content of carotenoids and flavonoids — a powerful antioxidant. Extracts of Astragalus, Scutellaria, Coptis, and Phellodendron (berberine) provide complementary antioxidant and anti-inflammatory protection.
