Zinc bisglycinate + L-méthionine : synergie kératine
Le zinc est cofacteur des enzymes de synthèse protéique. La L-méthionine apporte le soufre nécessaire aux ponts disulfures de la kératine — structure des cheveux et des ongles. Les deux actifs agissent en amont de la même chaîne biosynthétique, ce qui justifie leur association dans une formule orientée phanères.
Zinc bisglycinate : biodisponibilité supérieure documentée
La chélation zinc-glycine (bisglycinate) contourne les inhibiteurs alimentaires (phytates, tanins) en utilisant les transporteurs d'acides aminés. La biodisponibilité est documentée comme supérieure au sulfate et à l'oxyde dans des études de comparaison directe. Argument pertinent pour les profils à alimentation riche en végétaux.
Déconseillé avant 15 ans
Contrairement au Multivitamines Argalys (dès 8 ans), ce zinc formulé avec méthionine et sélénium est déconseillé aux enfants de moins de 15 ans. Pour cette tranche d'âge, le Multivitamines Argalys est le produit plus adapté.

Antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones): space out by 2 hours (zinc chelates antibiotics). Confirmed hyperhomocysteinemia: L-methionine should be discussed with a doctor.
