D-Lab — Clear Skin Complex

The D-Lab Clear Skin Complex is the most targeted supplement in the catalog for skin with excessive sebum secretion. It combines two plants with well-documented traditional uses (burdock, stinging nettle) with microencapsulated zinc with an EU claim directly applicable to the skin. Three pharmacist reports that the manufacturer's sheet does not include. Firstly: burdock (Arctium lappa) is an Asteraceae—a cross-allergy with ragweed, chrysanthemums, or other Asteraceae is possible; this information is missing from the D-Lab PIs, I have added it. Secondly: D-Lab states that this product is "now" compatible with pregnancy—the term indicates a recent change in position. The formula contains stinging nettle (Urtica dioica, EPS 480 mg) and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis, EPS 160 mg), two plants mentioned with caution in pregnancy in phytotherapeutic literature due to potentially emmenagogue properties. At the doses in this formula, the risk is probably low, but the prior medical consultation recommended by D-Lab is pharmacologically justified—I maintain it as an explicit mention, linking the plants concerned. Thirdly, the same observation as for the Soothed Skin Complex: the mention of "gastro-resistant capsules" in D-Lab marketing is not confirmed by the readable INCI (HPMC, gellan gum = standard vegetable capsule without identifiable enteric agent)—confirmation from the manufacturer would be useful. The "cellular memory" in the FAQ has been rephrased in functional language (Rule 9). The formulations "to heal," "stimulates blood microcirculation," and "reduces subcutaneous imperfections" have been reprocessed.
