Flavanols (grape seeds), viniferins (grape marc), and glycyrrhizin (licorice) each have documented in vitro data on tyrosinase inhibition. Clinical studies under dermatological control on skin spot index are methodologically valid. Naticol® is a Weishardt marine collagen with its own clinical file—the molecular weight of 2000 Da (2 kDa) is optimal for intestinal absorption. Note: the manufacturer's data sheet states "200 kDa" but the FAQ mentions "2000 Da"—2000 Da is the correct value for an oral hydrolyzed collagen. The most important pharmacist's point regarding this product is LICORICE: glycyrrhizic acid causes dose-dependent pseudohyperaldosteronism with prolonged intake, even at 3 mg/day. The 6-week restriction without medical advice is justified by this mechanism. It directly contradicts the manufacturer's recommendation of a 3-month course—prior medical consultation is necessary for long courses. Drug interactions (diuretics, antihypertensives, digitalis, corticosteroids) are clinically significant due to additional potassium depletion. Preservatives: sodium benzoate + ascorbic acid can theoretically form traces of benzene—at levels regulatory acceptable in food products. Not vegan, fish allergy. Per 10 ml shot: Naticol® hydrolyzed marine collagen 2.5 g (fish). Acerola fruit extract Malpighia punicifolia 320 mg DER 640 mg titrated in vitamin C 80 mg 100% RI. Belight3™ 300 mg including grape seed extract Vitis vinifera 140 mg flavanols 42 mg, licorice root extract Glycyrrhiza glabra 93.5 mg glycyrrhizic acid 3 mg, grape pomace extract Vitis vinifera 50 mg viniferins 3 µg, vitamin C 12 mg 15% RI. Total vitamin C 92 mg 115% RI. Rose petal extract Rosa centifolia 100 mg DER 400 mg. Other ingredients: purified water, stabilizer glycerin, natural pineapple and vanilla flavors, acidifier lactic acid, preservatives sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.
