nuMove addresses a very practical need: joint comfort, which concerns both seniors and athletes. The choice of glucosamine is relevant: N-Acetylglucosamine (NAG) is a well-absorbed form of this natural component of cartilage. Harpagophytum is a reference plant in traditional use for joints, and bamboo provides silicon, a mineral for support tissues. I remain factual: neither glucosamine nor harpagophytum has an authorized European health claim. Data exists mainly in the literature and traditional use, but no results are promised. It is also a test of patience: allow 2 to 3 months to judge. On the safety side, harpagophytum requires precautions: it is not recommended in case of duodenal ulcer, gallstones, and under anticoagulant treatment (caution). It is uterotonic, therefore not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
