This sunscreen relies on a single mineral filter — Zinc Oxide nano — making it an excellent choice for sensitive, reactive skin, or skin intolerant to chemical UV filters (oxybenzone, avobenzone, octisalate). Zinc Oxide simultaneously covers the entire UVB and UVA spectrum, without requiring the combination of multiple filters. The nano form improves dispersion and reduces the white cast, at the expense of slightly higher epidermal transparency — the overall benefit remains favorable for reactive skin. Birch sap (Betula Platyphylla Japonica Juice) is the differentiating active ingredient in the Round Lab range: rich in amino acids, minerals, and vitamins, it forms the moisturizing base of the product. Glyceryl Glucoside stimulates enzymatic skin antioxidants (superoxide dismutase, catalase) according to botanical literature — a relevant property for an anti-photooxidation product. Standard hyaluronic acid and glycerin provide surface hydration. One point to anticipate: the formula contains Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil (Roman chamomile) and Pinus Sylvestris Leaf Oil (Scots pine) as well as declared LIMONENE. These fragrance compounds, even in low concentrations, can cause intolerance reactions in very reactive skin or in individuals allergic to fragrances. The legal obligation to mention LIMONENE in France is respected by the declaration on the packaging. This sunscreen is therefore excluded from SAFE packs and not recommended during pregnancy.
