L'Absolu de Zinc D-Lab est une cure en gélules qui apporte du zinc sous triple forme — gluconate, oxyde microencapsulé et bisglycinate — pour une biodisponibilité optimale, enrichie en sélénium et vitamine B6.

Le zinc contribue au maintien d'une peau, de cheveux et d'ongles normaux et à la protection des cellules contre le stress oxydatif (allégations EU). Une cure quotidienne, à raison d'une gélule par jour.

Triple forme pour une absorption optimisée

Bisglycinate par transport actif intestinal, gluconate pour une absorption rapide après le repas, oxyde microencapsulé pour une disponibilité étalée : trois mécanismes complémentaires.

15 mg à 150 % AR — dosage pertinent

Dose dans les seuils de sécurité (limite haute 25 mg/j) pour une cure de longue durée. Le zinc contribue au maintien d'une peau, de cheveux et d'ongles normaux.

Interactions médicamenteuses à connaître

Antibiotiques cyclines et biphosphonates : prise simultanée annule l'absorption des deux molécules. Intervalle minimum de 2 heures impératif. Café, thé et lait réduisent également l'absorption du zinc.

Formule végane compatible grossesse

Dose dans les seuils recommandés pendant la grossesse et l'allaitement. Gélule végétale HPMC, sans gluten, fabriquée en France.

Three combined zinc salts (bisglycinate, gluconate, microencapsulated oxide) at 15 mg/day, or 150% of NRVs, to optimize absorption without exceeding tolerance thresholds. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails, and to the normal functioning of the immune system. A vigilance point often missing from manufacturer datasheets: simultaneous intake with cyclines or bisphosphonates significantly reduces the absorption of both molecules — observe an interval of at least two hours. Avoid in cases of hemochromatosis; do not combine with another zinc intake exceeding 25 mg/day. Integrates into CLEAR and EVEN routines, in addition to topical zinc and niacinamide treatments.
