The Centella Asiatica concentration (34,685 ppm = ~3.5%) is significant, and the isolated Cica complex brings together the four active fractions of the plant: Madecassoside, Asiaticoside, Madecassic Acid, Asiatic Acid. The majority of more standard Centella serums only use the crude extract — here we have the individual fractions, which formally distinguishes the product. The addition of Centella Asiatica Callus Extracellular Vesicles is a marker of formulation sophistication: these nanovesicles derived from plant cell culture concentrate the plant's molecular signals. EV technology is documented in biomedicine, its cosmetic application is emerging, and published clinical data on the finished product remains limited — a biologically coherent mechanism, but one to be presented without overpromising. The four peptides cover the matrix pathways (Tripeptide-1, Tetrapeptide-7) and cell signaling (Hexapeptide-12, Dipeptide-10).
