The Sapiens Face Moisturizer is a light emulsion, COSMOS ORGANIC certified, with 27.4% organic ingredients (excluding water, the organic ratio is high). Its formula meets the needs of a masculine face care routine in a single product — hydration, softening of short beards, and post-shave restoration. The combination of organic glycerin + propanediol constitutes an effective double humectant system for superficial hydration. Sodium hyaluronate, in an intermediate position in the INCI, provides a surface moisturizing component. Kaolin (white clay) is the most specific active ingredient in this formula for male skin — it absorbs excess sebum, contributes to a matte sensation, and balances combination to oily skin. Its presence in a moisturizer is a coherent formulation decision for male skin, which is often prone to oiliness. The preservative system combines benzyl alcohol (max 1%, authorized EU Annex V) and dehydroacetic acid — an alternative to parabens with generally good tolerance. Organic aloe vera powder (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder) is in a low position in the INCI: documented soothing function but modest concentration.
