Real Barrier — Extreme Cream Ampoule

Real Barrier's Extreme Cream Ampoule (NeoPharm, a recognized medical K-beauty manufacturer) is one of the most sophisticated barrier-rebuilding formulas in ParaDermia's K-beauty selection. Its multi-lipid architecture is exceptional: Ceramide NP (synthetic ceramide with a structure identical to that of the epidermis), Myristoyl/Palmitoyl Oxostearamide/Arachamide MEA (synthetic sphingolipid complex analogous to cutaneous sphingosine/fatty acid bases), Bis-Capryloyloxypalmitamido Isopropanol (lipophilic pseudo-ceramide, stratum corneum penetration), Glycosphingolipids and Phospholipids (natural membrane lipids that reconstitute intercorneocyte lipid bilayers). Added to these four levels are Phytosterols and phytosterol dilinoleate ester dimer — documented modulators of intercorneocyte lipids. Few K-beauty formulas cover so many lipid families simultaneously. Acetyl Dipeptide-1 Cetyl Ester (peptide with documented soothing properties) is a premium active ingredient for modulating skin hypersensitivity. The double HA covers low molecular weight fragments (Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, deeper penetration) and high molecular weight fragments (Sodium Hyaluronate, surface film).
