L-cystine Fermapure®, CoQ10 microencapsulée CovaQ10® et trans-resvératrol Veri-te® à 30 mg/j. La L-cystine est précurseur de kératine et de glutathion — pertinente pour la structure cutanée et la protection oxydative.
6 actifs à allégations EU validées
Vitamines C, E, B2, B3, magnésium Simag® et sélénium disposent d'allégations EU 432/2012 sur la protection cellulaire contre le stress oxydatif. Centella asiatica et romarin : usage traditionnel documenté.
CI cardiaques et biliaires
Prêle des champs — effet diurétique : CI en insuffisance cardiaque ou rénale œdémateuse. Romarin — stimule la sécrétion biliaire : CI en obstruction biliaire. Déconseillé grossesse et allaitement.
Prise vespérale recommandée
La régénération cutanée étant maximale pendant le sommeil, la prise le soir optimise la disponibilité des actifs sur la phase de renouvellement nocturne.
